These were from the Wilwood M/C down to the frame mounted SSBC proportioning valve.
I like the challenge of bending brake lines, but was worried about scratching my freshly painted firewall.
It seems like the more bending and flaring, of brake lines that you do,... the better you get.
Not the case for me.
It still took several hours.
The line seperators are a "Made 4 You" product from Summit Racing,... that came in last week..

Yep,... it came from this truck.
I wanted to keep it,... but I needed the room.

Re: Project: Ginger

Nice work on the brake lines - you made it look easy. Anyone woh has tried this knows it isn't easy at all.

Q: On your refrubed bezel - did you send yours off and have it redone or was it just an ordered thing? I would like to get mine rechromed and yours looks good - thanks Ronnie

The bezel and lense are repop items from Classic Parts of America.
I didn't even repaint the needles when I had the dash apart.
I guess I was in a hurry.
I have a 6-cylinder tach dash to build for this truck some other time.

Thanks, Doug.
I love your old heater delete plate on this truck.
It's going to be a slow build.

This is a very nice build. Builds like this make me want to spend the extra cash and spend the extra time to build a QUALITY truck! And with guys like Kevin from LFD living only a few blocks away from my house I know my truck could end up as nice as yours! Keep them pics and updates coming! I can't wait to see this one turn out!

Thanks,... I wish I was working in it.
Started the shop build in 2005.
Got the outside done,... and then got a divorce.
It's not finished on the inside.
It's mainly storage for my junk.
I work in my house garage,... for now.

I picked up the second flexplate after I got off work today.
The transmission went back in tonight.
This quick job on my red '69,.... has been a nightmare.
We'll see if I can take it for a spin tomorrow.
I think I have a "lower end" knock in the 292, now that I got the exhaust quieted down.

So I'm watching both of your build threads and you seem to be making good progress on both of them so sorry if I missed it somewhere, but where is your blazer in all this stuff? Do you still have it?

Yes.
It's the only one that runs right now. Ha.
I haven't done anything to it since you saw it last year.
I guess I'll be bringing it to the Kansas Goodguys event.
