Re: Parting a '72 Blazer 4x4
How's $75 plus shipping? That is for the knuckles, caliper brackets, spindles, and hub assemblies. You will still need calipers and rotors, and new ball joints and wheel bearings. I am not sure if the axles are the same, maybe someone on the forum can give some input.

You mentioned before that you broke one of the double walls. How bad was it? I might be interested if it's not too bad. I would be interested in the other one you have if it doesn't have any sag in it. |

Will do. It is a single wall. A section beneath the left side window broke off. The glass was busted out, so there was nothing to support it. The lower rails seem to be weak, almost crumbling or delaminating. Never seen this before, and don't know what may have caused it. Top may be better used for patches. |

actually, there are quite a few "Skankees" fans up here in Maine (there shouldn't be any north of CT unless they are transplants IMO), considering the proxity to Boston vs NYC. the Red Sox are more yankee than the Yankees. but to each his own. the rivalry will go on long after we are all dead! as for the Patriots, they have had a pretty good track record the last few years, so I guess I can forgive you guys for grumbling! |

Is the rear driveshaft good?
If so, what transmission did this Blazer have?

Re: Parting a '72 Blazer 4x4
Is it '71-'72 (necessary according to the attached chart)? Is the slip joint tight?

Yes, it's from a '72. Slip joint seems pretty tight.

Re: Parting a '72 Blazer 4x4
I'll take the '72 Blazer rear driveshaft for $50 shipped. What is your prefered payment method (do you take PayPal)?
