It's a 3 speed in there right now. Hurst floor shift that was in it when I got it. Don't know if it's Saginaw or what. I'll need some degreaser to get that.

Finally, thanks to a couple fellow members on here, I got the adapter I needed to install my vintage woodgrain three spoke wheel. I ended up with two adapters for next to nothing. Thanks to pseudopimp and Rochlow!!!
