took my fender and tailgate in to get blasted and got them back today. the gm fender, that was perfrctly straight, is now a pile of junk. he went way to close and made the whole fender wavy. that fender was not on a truck very long as it had a gm tage and only the outside was painted body color. so now i have to find another fender and refit it.

got the interior dyed black.

not much of an update but the dash is back together. tail light harness and taillights are installed. my paint bill is almost paid off so hopefully by next month i'll be able to start going faster again.

haha, yeah i dont make much since school started back up, no hours!! so far( box,cab,hood) costed me $3600. i'll have about another $300 in paint/supplies, and probibly another $1100 in body work. So a total of about $5000 in the end. and my dad is a mechanic at the dealershop, so the $5000 is employee cost.(i ran it through the shop under my dads name so it get the employe cost). The estimate they gave was $2500. If i knew it was going to cost me that much i wouldnt have done it.

paid off my paint bill!! now I'm going to start my interior and get that done. then my brother knows a really good painter/ body man and he'll shoot the sealer/ paint for free.
