Ozzy, here is alot of the parts, all driver quality. The big outer Ac box has a flapper with a chip in it. AC control has no broken arms. Its not a complete setup but would get you started $150 plus shipping

JPSAUTO, I think I sold these, but I have another BB truck coming in that I will be parting Dueceswild, I have the 2 AC vents and a good control, the duct you would have to buy new, its never any good on trucks. I can get pics and price tonight Thanks Randy

I will take the fan shroud I get paid on Tue can you hold it? Also the 4 inch was the widest spot of the shroud?
