Re: PO has me PO'd
Today was a rare exception, everything went right. Double flare on the rear axle worked first time, brakes are done, and clamped to the frame rail with totally stainless 3/16" clamps. I'll let them bleed them. 5th or 6th time on the power steering belt tensioned up today, both belts are now done. Just waiting on some parts I lost (u-bolts) for the drive shaft, and PTO cover plate gasket, both found locally. rear diff. cover sealed up, and both shocks are mounted
also mounted the remote tank for the hydro boost ![]() Now its time for some R&R, thanks giving then a florida trip for a week, hope the fish are biting, and not the bugs Balls in Dale's court

In case someone does not realize, the last 2 "pictures" are actually videos. You have to click on them.

Re: PO has me PO'd
![]() Front hub is disassembled. light rust removed, gave it a couple coats of grease and bees wax, the one you buy at the hardware store (toilet seal ring) I don't want to take it to far apart, but I don't want it to rust much more, so I use a coating of wax and grease PO was in here before me, screwed up the bearing races slightly

Re: PO has me PO'd
![]() This maybe my most useful tool yet, worked great for seeing inside hub to align locking rings and plate

my vacuum gauge on the pump is about 5 inches off
![]() BTW, I want to thank Harlowhead for sending me the female electrical connecter for the harness coming off of my steering column free of charge, not even shipping, what a good member. Things like that make this the best board on the net Thank you Harlowhead!!!!!
