Re: How about some pics of 60-66 Trucks

Here's my 65 I bought from hb32 a couple months ago. Replaced the back heavy duty step bumper with a nicer one. New hubcaps brakes and HEI. Last pic is with old hubcaps.

63- it looks like the white grilles had the mascara on the headlights, and the chrome ones didn't?

That's what factorystock said awhile ago.
Mirror heads are black and mirror arms body color.
Two tone paint has wheels same as main body color, all monochromatic paint scheme, wheels are black.

My truck had the bigger rectangular mirror heads (obviously, I put the little round chrome version on there--I just think the rectangular ones are ugly), but they are original to the truck and painted white. So maybe that version is different.

Re: How about some pics of 60-66 Trucks

The french caption mentions the major track near Montreal ( since moved ) which was for all types of racing in those years. It says that the sympathetic owner of Laurent Auto Body is a proud racer in Oval Track at the International Raceway called Sanair. Laurent Rioux not only races the Chevelle number 26 but maintains the magnificent number 28 car of Pierre Delorme. Laurent also works on the Chevelle, number 27 and that the number 9 car of Laureat Plourde is one of his creations.
