Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part II
I've been lurking around here for a while. It took me 10 years of looking to find this survivor. I bought it from the grandson of the original owner.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part II
I've been back and forth with what model year range truck I want to get, but as I keep looking in this section I've made my mind up. I don't care if my wife does want a different model year! haha!! Great looking trucks in here.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part II
Thanks for the compliments!
It's the original 327 with TH350/PS/PB. I upgraded to discs on the front and put on a set of headers. The brakes necessitated upgrading to 15x7 rims. They are Wheel Vintiques Corvette Rallys with Summitt center caps. It gets used regularly and loves to go. I recently relocated from Atlanta, GA and drove 75/80 mph most of the way here. Of course the speedo said I was only going 65/70, but my wife let me know otherwise. I'm a big fan of this site. Once I find work the upgrades will continue... |

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part II
in the first picture you have wheels off a 2003-2007 rims on it, do they have to be modified at all to get them to fit? I love the look of those on these trucks and was thinking of them as an option for mine.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part II
Do you have spacers behind those wheels? Normally they seem to sit pretty far in but yours sit just right.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part II
Well it may not be much, but here's my '67/'68/'73 k10. it has the frame and drivetrain (except engine) of the '68, front end of a '67 and engine of a '73. But I love it! and she's my new baby!
