Thx. I got them at a place called Tenn Tucky bolt and screw here in town. They were expensive 4.50 ea. but I thought that I'd rather have those instead of a stack of washers that would rust. I hope to have color soon.

Well, I blame it on the water coming through. I still don't have my air right and the dryer I got from HF isn't working. I need to redo it. I think I can get this done and redo it all.

Re: Chucks SWB Fleetside

I got the top finished and put the 20s back on. They gave me an inch more of clearance when I get ready to load it. I have to get my hood latch and grille support from the powder coater when he calls and get them on. Then It'll be ready to go.

Re: Chucks SWB Fleetside

Tinkered around on it today. I got some of the dents in the bed out by knocking them out from underneath. I forgot I had the splash shields to put on and ran into a little snag. I need to get some crush nuts to mount them and they'll be done.

Re: Chucks SWB Fleetside

Thanks Matt. Its kinda a sad and happy time. I've never let anyone do it for me. But I think at the rate I'm going it would be another year and a half to two years before I could think about painting it. I am excited to get it done and get it back.

I ordered the seat covers and door panels for it. I'm using black 72 seat covers that have the scrolls. I am using 69 door panels that have the scrolls too. I know they're not correct for a 68 but I like them.

Re: Chucks SWB Fleetside

Haha. I think I'm impatient. I just dropped it off and want it done already lol. I bought some interior stuff and I'll be getting the seats and console ready, and collecting the last bit of parts.
