Alright here they are....

[IMG][/IMG]

a few quick coats of Clear Rustoleum Engine Enamel. 500degree heat resistant, gas and oil resistant. So my greasy finger won't break the clear down.

Again, Why? ...... No idea

Re: What did you do to your truck today!

I rebuilt my carb. I'll say this: I was terrified about taking this thing apart, but it really wasn't that bad. I just took a lot of pictures and took my time. Having done it once, I feel like I could probably put the thing together in 20 minutes now.

So, if anyone is on the fence about tearing into one of these, DO IT!

Cleaned snow off her for the second time this week. Sat in the seat, rubbed the dash, and told her spring would be here soon..... Waiting for ball diamonds and beer. (Welcome to Ontario in the winter)

Re: What did you do to your truck today!

blowing off my girlfriend to go home and finish up putting together the 292 I6. Nothing major just replacing the plugs and gaskets, then going to measure for the new radiator hoses get the original motor ready to be taken out.

What a bummer! Been there! I missed out on Perth and Tasmania because some cousin to Saddam Hussein was being stupid and we got extended in the gulf.

Be safe

Re: What did you do to your truck today!

60ratrod- I was on the Lincoln too-VA-95, A-6's. Our last cruise was in 95'. It was my last one too. In fact I was stationed at Oak Harbor.

Put all new shocks and sway bar end links in the 98 S10. Man she rides so nice now since the old ones were wore out and the end links were broke.

Re: What did you do to your truck today!

I finally finished up the brake lines on my 72 today and got the fronts bled out good, lot of air in the line going too the rear. I put lines running down to bottles on the rear and cracked the bleeders open, go back and check on it tomorrow. I did drive it around the field out back a couple laps and over across the road to the church lot. The old 307, will light the right rear easily. Still going to have to rebuild the carb to get it running smooth and plugs and wires. Won't be much longer till I can atleast get it on the road!
