Truck sure is looking good!! You don't let the grass grow under your feet.

I thought you liked stuff in patina? So why paint the fridge?

I think it would look cool with a flame job

Re: Daverods project 66

The fridge was white with a good paint job. Kinda boring. It's funny how many dents and stuff start appearing when you put out the filler. Picked up some nice theather room red. What free time? I use too have free time It's just not as fun when your time is'nt really yours.

Yeah I used to use them for that too. Then they built a new mini supercenter here and got rid of the service department. We got groceries though...rather have the service department back

Re: Daverods project 66

It was 65 today, snows still in the mountains. River was ice cold. Been raining for about a month. It was good to get out and see all my old haunts. Should have took my boat and should have drove my 64. We have welding schools. ISU cheap.

Re: Daverods project 66

Ya, he's right it does snow a bunch. 6 to 7 feet deep and it's cold really cold, and dark, real dark. I think it's so dark Bubba has to use a sun lamp to keep from going crazy. So unless you like to sled or board in the dark-n-cold you better just stay down there in the heat. Oh ya and the elk are so big here they'll hunt you. And bears too...big ones. Ever hear of big foot?

Re: Daverods project 66

Yep! I do have a sun lamp , right here by my computer. Imported from Norway to prevent winter depression caused by low sunlight levels.
I have to use it all winter till about June , or I get really depressed when I cannot work on my truck.

The Mountain Maidens are the problem in SW Idaho this spring, they are worse than the Bigfoot monsters.....they have overtaken the wolves as the leading predator of foolhardy men caught alone in the dark woods.
Guys who are never heard from again...............

It's true I've seen these creatures. You'll have to live in the theater room. With Cooper. You can be his bit*h.

I'm still kinda wondering how the bear suit thing is going to work out. You can bring it. It might be good for a laugh. Bring your KY too. I told Cooper he's excited.

Re: Daverods project 66

Some places have moss that grows on the trees in the dark cool places ,
Around here it is the fur that the Mountain Maidens shed that hangs off the trees in great clumps.
Even the mighty grizzly bears hide out when the maidens are shedding off in the spring

I hear Cooper snores and licks himself all night
