Re: How about some pics of 60-66 Trucks

Here are a couple of pics of mine with the wheels painted black and the passenger side spotlight installed. If there is such a thing, I'd say it's officially "done" on the outside.

Re: How about some pics of 60-66 Trucks

What's the regulation in WA for having spotlights on your truck? When I was driving a transport truck, we were not allowed to have more than 4 lights on the front of the truck. No additional lights higher than the headlights. Additional lights had to be covered and in some states no additional lights at all.
Seems to me these were original to your truck when it was ordered from the factory, were they not. Wink, wink.Nudge, nudge. Know what I mean.

Re: How about some pics of 60-66 Trucks

The Washington State vehicle code is very similar to California, except less detailed. The primary focus in both states is that two spotlights are allowed, and can never be shined at another vehicle. I’ve had spotlights on my cars most of my adult life and I’ve never had a problem with law enforcement. I know what is expected and don’t do anything with the lamps that would provoke their interest!

Here is the code for Washington State:

http://apps.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=46.37.180

And here is the code for California:

I was wondering what the Impala SS wheels would look like on our trucks. Pretty cool.

Again not my truck, but an early inspiration I've had in my computers for years.

Mac that looks like it's seen several paint jobs. Body doesn't look too bad. What's the deal with the 60-63 behind it?

a very nasty looking 230...nasty , because it still has 46 years worth of dirt and oil caked on it...no pics under the hood until it's cleaned up!
