More photos would be very nice. Or, the VIN DVH5000 Diesel, Juice Brakes, DAH5000 Diesel, Air Brakes. 5000 GVWR's come in at 24K-26K, under the CDL.

Another one of those great bargains, "need it gone". 80 series with air brakes. IMO, swap in a clean 50 or 60 series cab ( much more common finds) to this heavy and you got yourself a real truck.https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...9191349568811/
