Seller's Description This is everything I know about this truck: -I purchased it from a guy in Kansas in 2015. It has a new ”crate” 327 engine with a 4 speed manual transmission . I paid $8k for it when I purchased it -An employee of mine installed new front breaks, AC, power steering, new tires, carburetor and other misc items -I paid Crazy Collectibles on Bienville St In New Orleans(I think his name is Mike) to remove the rear air suspension and re-build the rear end. He also installed a new exhaust system, fan, thermostat and a couple other minor items. This was about $4k -It has sat in a garage/outside since then (about 2018) -The frame is in good shape, the bed has some rust on it and the body has a clear coat over the patina. you can see some bondo pealing off on the front right wheel well where a previous repair was made. -I know it has a minor electrical issue, I think this is from a horn or stereo that was installed but the last time I drove it a wire sparked and shorted out. I am not sure what caused this or what it was. -Someone told me it was missing a bracket near the engine, I am not sure what this is or what it needs - The seat isn’t very comfortable and you need a new glove box cover -Needs other minor things, i.e. window cranks, door handles, rear view mirror etc. It needs someone that enjoys tinkering on old cars and I am not that guy. I had two kids since I purchased it and I have no time, my wife wants it gone. Make me an offer. |
