Found this 1962 Chevy Crew Cab 4x4 while surfing the web. It is located at the Turbotville Auto Museum in Turbotville PA.

A Canadian built 1965 GMC Crew Cab 910? Notice the rear door hinges are not exposed outside to the exterior.

Re: 60-66 crew cabs or extended cabs

Yes Canadian designation for GMC's followed Chevy's C series simply by putting a 9 before the series number. I got hold of a nice brochure from a Canadian dealership that has a list of Custom Coach builders recognized by GM of Canada. Great effort on your part to find all of these great looking crew's.

Nice crew cabs here! I thought I had a line on one but when I got there to look at it, it was actually an International.

A 64-66 Chevrolet Crew Cab. Notice the wing window located at the rear of the back door compared to the back door of the C40. License plate from another country?

wonder if they did that to clear the door mechanism? also notice the rear door handle looks different, and is not recessed.
