I looked it over very carefully, no dents or extra holes. I removed it by cutting behind the dash pad so you wouldn't have to worry about any of the welds showing. Light surface rust on some of the back, POR would take care of that.
FEDEX wants about $30, but I'll do $120 shipped.

We have a house at the lake, and I usually don't work on projects during the summer. I've been on summer break, so no real progress since May. But before that from Easter to May I got the cab built and ready for paint. I'll be starting back very soon and will start a build thread.
