Re: Project. Long Overdue
very nice!!! So are you saying you polished the strips more than they came when you purchased them?

Re: Project. Long Overdue
Yes. I dropped a few of the polished bolts in the strips and there was quite a difference. The strips are nice quality, they just were not as shiny as I wanted.

Re: Project. Long Overdue
Here is a sneak peak at the new bullet. Still need to do some polishing on it and some other parts. I almost polished the aluminum heads but decided to paint them so I don't have to polish them all of the time. Hopefully I will have it in the truck this weekend. Not to much other stuff to show, just been cleaning and painting all of the small parts and pieces that take forever. Later Kelly.

Re: Project. Long Overdue
I stole that from my buddy. His bullet for his 10.5 car is more than double the c.i. and made 1400 hp on the motor, should be right around 1900hp with the juice. It should run alright. After watching that I feel less worthy. But at least I can drive farther than him.

Re: Project. Long Overdue
No, Had an issue with the push rods and guide plates I am hoping the parts will be here this week and it can get wrapped up. I got most of the dash assembled today. Just working on the little stuff until I can get back to the motor. Don't really have anything picture worthy.

Got the motor/trans in today. I still need to finish polishing the intake and valve covers and all of the fasteners. Thanks for looking.

Re: Project. Long Overdue
Worked on the core support and inners this weekend. Got everything bodyworked and in high build primer. Just need to block them on last time and then paint. Also moved the trans x-member for the 700R4, and lots of loose ends under the truck (nothing pic worthy) Here is a shot of my friends new truck and another buddies chevelle he just got.
