$9500 does seem high to me. I would probably wait to see if the owner lowered the price on it. I tend to buy Suburbans that need work, as they are cheaper and I can do the work.

After going back and forth, patiently waiting for almost 2yrs. I finally got this fairly rust/rot free Ca tub from a guy that parted it out 8 yrs ago. He scored it cheap at a estate sale. It was a running and driving burb. He parted it out after pulling the motor.[IMG]
