Re: Crushing Gumby 71 Shortbed Patina build
At Delmo speed, Its already done! Actually pretty fast, Del said 8 weeks and I expect once he gets on it 100% it will be very close to that.

Re: Crushing Gumby 71 Shortbed Patina build
Progress!! Del got the cab and bed off and the frame all stripped down and taken apart. Digging the look of the cab all torn down! Im also really happy to see that Gumby is as solid all over as I hoped it would be. The bed looks mint! Here are some pics I got from Del. As you can imagine, Im excited to see the changes happen.

Re: Crushing Gumby 71 Shortbed Patina build
Killer, I hope you like it so far!
Well its been a busy week for me getting ready for the Big vw show, the VW Classic where I had a new car debuting, but now that the show is over, I can get back to normal. Chassis is at powdercoat and motor is getting ready to be painted. Things are moving right along! Ill get some photos up soon after I resize them all...

Following along. I wish I had the coin to install a Porterbuilt set-up on my original paint SWB.
