Thanks for the props guys. Mike, it was blasted with plastic media to remove the paint. Then we sand blasted the metal to etch it before priming it with epoxy primer.

I'm not sure if I will do that or just put on a stock SWB.

Good news! We must have measured correctly when building the frame, because the cab mounting holes lined up when we mated the cab to the new chassis. I can't believe how low it already is, . I didn't think it would sit this low until it was all bolted back together, .

Here's some more pictures with the radiator and core support bolted on. I think I'm going to be able to run the 5.3 mechanical fan and the 67-72 V8 factory fan shroud.

Have you thought about straightening out the top of the B-Pillars and running Burb front doors? I like that look. Like that well known tan/white one...
