Re: New Blazer pic's..
cochino12,
I used this part from roddoors.com call dual lock fastners, go check it out. one more thing make sure that you clean it good before using them, it took me two times (jablack) trav, what did you have to do to get those late model seats in the front mounted? I used 2 of the stock holes in the floor and made 2 more on each side with a small plate. Works very well and looks stock. Good luck guys.. Trav

I joined late in the build, I'd love to see your engine specs. Work has had me so busy I had to push back a week of vacation I'd planned to spend on mine. But I think there's finally light at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully I'll be able to start on mine soon. |

Re: New Blazer pic's..
okay, I've been reading enough of these posts talking about your blazer. I've been holding it in a long time and I can't keep it in any longer.
Ethan is the one who did all of the work to this blazer. Travis has been lying to you. Love ya Trav, I'll see you Saturday

Re: New Blazer pic's..
wow just finished looking through the roddoor catalog , lets just say i've been realy inspired , thanks for the link
the blazer looks realy good too , i wouldnt change to a newer front end i have a newer type (in the netherlands europe so shipping should be too expensive in youre case cause you can find the same stuff in the states cheaper than the shipping alone ) i rather see the older style actually . if you decide to do it up with the newer nose i like to buy the old front end from you if the price is right i even come pick it up

Re: 78 2wd Blazer build
Not many of you kow that I had motor probloms and ended up taking it back out. My comp cam took a crap in the motor so you know what you have to do all new parts and to much money.. I ended up putting a 515 Lunati in it and took the block to B&B Racing to did all the good things that need to do. So here are some pics when I got it back from them. Sorry for the back pics, I will get some better ones soon..

Re: 78 2wd Blazer build
Today I put the motor back in and put the new valve covers on, also made some power steering lines and trans lines too, I am trying to take my time to run everything as clean as you can. Hope to start it up next week, I need to make it to a show in about 3 week, so I need to get my butt going.. And again sorry for the bad pics, I will post some better ones soon..
