Re: HeavyMetalChevy

Randy, don't get discouraged and give up with the AG's office. Remember the squeaky wheel is the one that gets the grease. Keep after them and document all emails, phone calls and other pertinent information dealing with this situation. Man, I can't believe how lucky I was in my dealings with the TH350/np205 shipment from Nevada. Hang in there, hope this gets some resoulution for you quickly.

Re: HeavyMetalChevy

I have not read thru the entire post but I know several have been having problems. I was checking out Craigslist and found an ad that I THINK is HeavyMetalChevy (same town and simial discription). I used to see his ads often but I have not seen any for a while and this one just came up. It has a phone number in it so maybe that will help someone.

Here is the ad http://indianapolis.craigslist.org/pts/3426064049.html

Re: HeavyMetalChevy

He still owes me! Not much but still haven't heard anything about parts or money. I was supposed to be getting some 69-70 parking lights that I paid $31 for. Like I said not much but I'm still out and it's the principle of it all....a man's only as good as his word!

Re: HeavyMetalChevy

Oh how I missed this sooooooo much. Still not agreeing but fnd it comical that you guys all know me so well. I have all the parts and as soon as I get the money to ship them...They will be there..

towbar:I will refund the money since you stated that you alreay have a grille and do not want it. .correct?

1stchevy: refund coming right up immediately....please message me your paypal info

wideside...I will refund your money immediately and STILL send the belts send me paypal please

1972BackInBlackC10: you assured me that you were in no hurry and you trusted me...I still have all your parts have been sitting here the whole tim

Randy...I owe the original +/- $110 I was originally quoted for the door shipment. I specifically told you to use the 3rd party B.O.L. for the shipment. My logistics company was never billed for the shipment because you failed to provide the correct paperwork. Those are the facts. I am not willing to pay the difference of $500+ dollars because YOU FAILED to comply with my instructions and did not provide the correct paperwork which I emailed to you. How is it my fault that you were negligent in utilizing the paperwork. I understand your position but you have failed to comprehend mine. If I made a mistake and it was going to cost you $500+ out of your pocket then I am sure it would be a different story.

Have a great day!

Re: HeavyMetalChevy

OK talked to Attorney Generals office this morning, they said I should know one way or the other by end of next week. Either I pay the collections agency or don't, whatever the law says I'll live with. Wow its amazing how much time I spent on the phone for this ordeal. As I said in the email I sent you Duane last night, that I have not heard back from you on yet, I'm done with it, the stress, high blood pressure from this ordeal, it is not worth it for me or my family. Never in my life have I had a late payment or a anyone after me for not paying or anyone after me for not shipping an item, as I said earlier in this thread, not my style. 11 years on this board, never had anything like this deal till now. I am glad your getting some of your deals with members finally straightened up though. I like messing with these old trucks and dealing with people, but this ordeal makes me sit back and think on it all, especially with my 9 and 6 year olds. As I said in email we used to get along great and now I wish this all woudn't of never happened, or could of gotten taken care of a long time ago.

My apologies to you and everyone involved. Yes I made some mistakes...yes I could have definitely handled it more professionally, yes I could have been more communicative. I know what I have done, I know the frustrations. I have been on both ends several times. Nonetheless, just because I became totally inefficient does not make me a liar, untrustworthy, nor AM I A CROOK.

Never outright called you a "CROOK" that I am aware of, but I did and still do question your integrity as a man, so if that offends you oh well. But thanks again for the refund.

Re: HeavyMetalChevy

Duane, oh you want the whole story

first YOU set it up
I didn't give BOL because I did not realize I needed it, if I even had it
The driver said not to worry about it
month or so later
I was contacted by the shipper because you would NOT reply to them,
I contacted you, you said oh its a 3rd party logistics deal and you would take care of it but you don't deal with your 3rd party logistics anymore WHY?
A month later I was contacted again by them and then I contacted you since you would not reply to them and you said you would take care of it, you had the original BOL and would get that to the shipper, you never did that. And I was contacted a third time and you said samething

I have these PM's you saying this stuff

Now the Ks Attorney General office say you won't reply to them so you won't reply to shipper or Attorney Generals office. I've answered or returned every phone call, fax that the shipper, collections agency and Attorney Generals office, I don't try to hide from anything

All you had to do is supply the original BOL and it would of all been taken care, shipper said that to me and I told you that, but you didn't do it You told me 3 different times you would take care of it and never did Oh did I say this already YOU told me 3 different times you would take care of it, Oh did I say this already YOU said 3 different times you would take care of it. Do you get my drift?????

I dont screw anyone, I never will, not my nature, evidently it is your nature to screw people, if I had the original BOL I would of sent it to the shipper, you wouldn't do that, you could of taken care of it right from the start but didn't. That would of been the right thing to do and you knew this but you didn't do it

Oh ya and your phone number and email, I sent emails and tried calling but you don't return anything. Your not answering shippers calls and letters or Attorney Generals calls or letters is proof

And to heck with your great day, you get my blood boiling just thinking about you and it all

Re: HeavyMetalChevy

Hi Duane, I did get another grill shell and don't need the one I bought from you, however I understand how financial binds can put cash flow at a premium.....so I'm pretty easy to deal with.....if $125 is hard to come up with right now then I'll take the grill (only if its the same grill I purchased and is in the same condition it was in when I purchased it) since shipping would be cheaper for you. If so then please ship to the following address:

Lenny Blackwell
1196 Indian grave Gap Rd
Marshall NC, 28753

If you don't have the grill, or if its not in the condition it was in when I purchased it, or if you don't have the time to deal with shipping it I will take the $125 via paypal to the following address....lblackwell@deringerney.com

hopefully we will call it a closed deal and put this behind us and move on.

thanks, Lenny

Re: HeavyMetalChevy

duane as i stated before i wasnt in any hurry im a patient guy but patience only goes so far when you dont hear from someone, i understand you are busy and have alot on your plate with your dad but an update once inawhile would be nice even if its just to let me know you havent forgotten about me

i sent you two message via facebook but got no response they may be in your "other" folder in your messages, i also sent you a friend request on facebook in an attempt to keep in touch with you since as i stated on here i can not call you because im hearing impaired, i would have emailed you but more than one person has said you dont repy to emails so i didnt see much point in sending an email to that adress

my offer from before still stands parts or a refund whatever is easiest or best for you at the time, im not trying to give you crap id just like to know where i stand as far as order goes for shipping/refunds since im sure there are other people ahead of me

If so then please ship to the following address:

Lenny Blackwell

If you don't have the grill, or if its not in the condition it was in when I purchased it, or if you don't have the time to deal with shipping it I will take the $125 via paypal to the following address....lblackwell@deringerney.com

hopefully we will call it a closed deal and put this behind us and move on.

thanks, Lenny
It is the same 71-72 grille we spoke on and decided was better than the two I had at that time. Has the one puncture on it that is the eye sore.
