Here's our '66 GMC Custom Deluxe. I'll be selling it soon since my wife just wants to keep the '69 C20 Sub as her daily driver. Factory roof rack, I don't see too many with them.

Re: Post your pics of 64-66 Panels & Subs
I am liking this Sub. A lot!
When looking at production numbers recently, I saw only 433 4x4 tailgate Carryalls were made in '65. Of those 433, we have to guess how many came with custom trim. Probably less than half ? That's a rare truck. |

mine is a 64 4 x 4 panel and I wouldn't imagine that the production nbrs are that much different than 65. mine is actually a Canadian production GMC which were produced with chev engines instead of the V6. I wonder how many of these were produced; 10 perhaps. it would be quite interesting to find all those production #'s . some may use the words rare to describe their vehicles. That may just be that they haven't seen any others. I can remember when I first had my 32 chev sedan back in the early-mid 60's, I can only ever remember seeing another chev under 1937 and that was a 31 panel and I also owned that until some SOB stole the cowl from it. you can see quite a few now and even find parts for them. you couldn't find any pats for them then. they did not have the communications systems then ron |

Heres a shot of my '66 GMC Panel, Canuckian made with a chevy 6, original paint and a low miler. Spent most of its life as a mine site truck. Ran the numbers with GM of Canada, one of 34 built! -Shiny
