Re: Parting a original 71 chevy C10 now

If the ash tray is there and original paint, ill take it. About the gate, it looks like it would match my rusty truck! If it isnt horribly bent or anything, what would you want for it?

Re: Parting a original 71 chevy C10 now

70 stepside I have them but they are all loaded in the trailer, headed to a swap meet. For all 3 brackets $25 plus shipping, I can have pics Sun evening

Randy, I have some defrost vents but no blue ones, they are always faded or broke. I'm sold out of the steering brackets right now. Sorry I'm not into the steering column bulb stuff

Thanks Randy

Re: Parting a original 71 chevy C10 now

Randy,
I am looking for some C10 rear brake hardware for my 70. Specifically the left and right rear parking brake equalizer struts. This is the flat bar with the u shaped slot in each end that goes between the brake shoes underneath the wheel cylinder. Any help most appreciated. Thanks,
Bob

Re: Parting a original 71 chevy C10 now

Hey randy, hope all is well.....wondering if you have a couple things, I need both dash vent inserts ....blue if you have them ....I also need the steering column retainer that holds column to the mount bracket.... This is under the hood...I'll try to send a picture of this....also trying to figure out how the shift indicator light bulb attaches to whatever it attaches to....I have a bulb that I know is good, but, not sure where it attaches...the fiber optic light tube seems to be good just can't seem to make the bulb light up...maybe you can share some knowledge with me on this not sure how to send a pic of this clamp I need?

Thanks Randy
