The long CPP adjustable bar is only 109 with the forum discount
My rims are 0 offset and are 10" wide but the size is only 275x45x20 and I have no issue with clearance with the full travel of the bags.

Remember that 22mm is offset not backspacing the backspacing will be 5.62"
The calculator is great for figuring that out and for current wheel / tire size compaired to new wheel / tire size. It will tell you that a different offset or size will increase or decrease the distance of the rim to the inner wheel well and outer wheel well.

Thanks for clarifying, Dave. I do know the difference between back spacing and offset, even though I worded it wrong. That calculator for the wheel offset is pretty cool.

I must say, the company I got the spacers from is super fast when it comes to delivery times. Got the correct spacers in today, and there's a considerable difference between the two.

So how does the new ones fit? Does it fix the issues?

I haven't tried anything else with the wheels since getting the new spacers. The wheels are on hold because I can't afford new tires. The tire that are on the truck are fairly new and it seems wasteful to replace them before I need them.

I did, however upgrade the headlights. I bought H4 housings and LED bulbs. Man, what a difference. I have to wait until it gets dark before I can adjust them, but I love them already.

I've been working on my Tonneau cover for the Captain. It's been a week of building, but I wanted more pics to present for better footage. Using 2 inch aluminum angle, 5 inch trailer railing which holds the side panels of dry box trailers for the cross braces. I used 2 inch angle for the frame and for the supports for the cross braces. I'm working on making a bracket to hold the lockable latch at the back of the cover. Once we figure out the latch bracket, we'll rivet the skin across the top and finish it off with "J" moulding on the edges. More pics to follow......

With the Tonneau cover on hold, I decided to swap out my front turn signals. I has to trim the mount brackets to fit inside the grille shell. I also trimmed the excess that stuck out past the chrome trim rings.

Do you have more room with the new seats or less. I always thought these seats with the built in seat belts were the way to go.

I definitely have less room Dave. But the bench seat from the 65 wagon was killing my back. At least these have lumbar support and, as you mentioned, the built in seat belts. I'm very happy with the installation and overall fit. I definitely sit higher, and i have to squeeze my leg past the steering wheel to get in but once I'm in, it's fine.

I finally got tires for my factory 20 inch wheels. I hope i can get them mounted Wednesday so i can install them on the truck and post more pics.

Are you home any this coming week? I may attempt to get the bed. I think we gave up on the whole swap cab idea. Oh what size tires did you end up with?

I know I'm of Wednesday, but that's going to be a crazy day. I might be off Thursday.

I went with 245/40r20 tires. Found some online for $85 each. With shipping, it was less than $400.00.

Ok, I finally got my tires mounted and balanced (245/40R20). Correct 2 inch spacer adapters push the wheel out into the center of the wheel well. Rims are 20x8.5 with 22mm offset. Total back spacing is 5 inches. I like the look of the front wheels in the fender. I think I need bigger tires in the rear next time. I"ll have to relocate my exhaust tips for that, but it'll do for now.

Josh, I think I have 2 275x55x20's I took off my GMC Denali if you want to try them. There Goodyears. I just have to find them.

Got some progress on the Tonneau cover today. Last week, Dad and I figured out how to mount the cover to the bed via hinges bolted into the front top rolled edge of the bed. Today, I mounted the rear "T" handle latch that locks the cover to the tail gate, Mounted the hood springs (1999 Chevy Silverado hiid springs) and attaching brackets. Now, I have to take the cover back off to have it skinned and install weatherstripping.

What a perfect use for the hood springs! Its looking great. How did you get the hings mounted on the rolled part of the bed? I couldn't tell in the pics
