Re: How about some pics of Static dropped 60-66
Here's the 62 I just picked up along with a pretty sweet pic with my buddy's 50 Ford. I ran out of gas on PCH the day after I bought it & was stoked his 62yr old flathead Ford could bail out a 50yr old Chevy with an LT1...that'll teach me to trust a fuel gauge....
Not sure about the drop specs other that the front torsion bars are cranked down. |

Nice acquisition on the truck, and love the 50' Ford. My Dad's first brand new car was black 50' Ford Custom.

Re: 4x4 to panty dropper
Thanks!!! I call them eyelids, these were real popular in the sixties. They are called chrome headlight shields...also referred to as half moons. You can find them on e-Bay

Re: 4x4 to panty dropper
They do cut down the brightness of your headlight a little but not bad

Your truck looks pretty level. I'm thinking about dropping my 65short. If I do, I want it to sit level. Nice ride!

Its on the truck coming home and the rear should sit a bit lower once the wood is in the box.

Re: How about some pics of Static dropped 60-66
Will do , only if you get me some pics of the geese landing in your area.. I am from Mi and miss the goose season.. not much for that type of hunting out here.. Opener for deer/ bow is just around corner as well... Did I mention hunting out here sucks!!!

I finally figured out what your truck reminded me of... It's got a Smokey Yunick vintage NASCAR feel to it. Almost like Smokey built a predecessor to the NCTS trucks. Very rad looking! Posted via Mobile Device
