Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

Sooner,

How much (" height wise) and how was the drop done? Looks very close to what I'm going to be aiming for.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

Its a Mcgauphys 2-4 drop, 2" lowering springs in the front and shackles and hangers in the back. I think it lowered it more than 2-4, its about 28" in the front and about 29" in the back from the ground to the wheel well.

Don't take this the wrong way guys...but can we keep this on topic with pics of short beds...and save the off-topic conversations for PM's?

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

Here is my 84 scottsdale I had in h.s. it had 2" splindles and a flip kit. had 2" springs too but took them out as it was to low for N.H. and the cops didnt like it. It had a 305/ 3 spd std, I took out the worn out 305 and put in a mild built 350. Man i miss that truck. Did all the body work and paint myself. sorry for the poor qualit pic its the only one i have left.
