Im going with a skyjacker 8" I want michelin XL but I cant find any of the 38" R16 so i will prob go with 38.5x11 R16 boogers cause thats the tallest tire I can find that will work with duals.

You will have to run dual wheel spacers with tires that wide. I have dual wheels on my truck and I run 255 85 16 tires on them with 2 inch spacers between the back wheels. I am running 45 lbs of air in my tires and with 4000 pounds in the back of my truck I have about 1 inch of clearance between my tires. You definately do not want your tires rubbing. My tires crown up a little with my 16x6eagle alloy wheels, so you might check on that also. Just letting you know what I have and am running in to with my truck.

well that was a nice truck, what the f@#k happened? this makes me think that this guy kinda had a bunch of money thrown at this thing and he had someone else do all of the work, well worst case scenario he can always go buy a 2x4 crew and throw it on top of that frame

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs

Very nice truck .... right up till it ended up on its lid.

I'm not a big 4X4 guy but can appreciate the workmanship that went into the underside frame work.

Hopefully that truck will be repaired & back on its four tires!!

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs

I dont know what happened, but I think I know how it got repaired. I think it was turned into the red 2wd baja crew cab.
