Re: slik ricks 67 short wide CST

Yea I know this was my first vehicle back in 2003. Took me 7 years to get it to where it was in this picture. I miss my baby so much wish I never got rid of it. No truck could ever replace it. When I read through your build you remind me of myself when I had this truck. I sacrafised alot for this truck. Blood, sweat and tears. MISS you Patima.

Rick, who was the po? Vincent VanGoh? That stuff is sure thick. It looks like it was applied with a palette knife. You are doing a great job, though. Keep up the good work. Merry Christmas, Buddy.

Re: slik ricks 67 short wide CST

the best way i can describe it to you is if some one took puddy and smeared it over the whole fender. they actually did it to the whole truck! it was a nice longbed fleetside halfton with fawn interior and a grapefruit yellow color exterior really cool. but then they did this to it.... so so sad :c

Re: slik ricks 67 short wide CST

Hey Rick, I have an inner passenger fender that's it much better shape than that one in yours. You're welcome to it if you want it. I can post some pics and meet you at the swap meet with it if you want it.

Thanks, Shawn. Yes, we should all meet up. I know Rene. I have not met Kevin yet. But if it's the same Kevin I am thinking, I may have purchased my tilt column from him off of eBay.

Re: slik ricks 67 short wide CST

Well yesterday I put on all four headlights but couldn't take a picture because my phone died just as I finished installing the last one... But I will get some pics of that today. I have some lines on some parts for this thing so this year it's gonna get a lot of progress. Main goal is to get a 67 grille and a frame to put underneath so it's off the ground
