Cost about $40.00 from home depot. Haha. I wet sanded the grille on the truck starting with 320 then going to 400. Spent about 4-5 hours wet sanding, make sure you spend time here because paint won't stick to chrome. I then took the grille off and painted it with two good coats of rustoleum primer, and then two coats of rustoleum black. Running two years through salt and snow and no chips or anything.

Hard to say. My '92 was a Southern Comfort conversion, but most conversion companies do their vehicles so close it's hard to tell.
