Re: How about some pics of 47-59
Must say a few years ago would have went for the huge 4x4 Burb look but agree on the low down build. looking forward to seeing more, even if it takes a while, still a cool build.

Thanks for posting the photos.
I really like the airbrushing on the fenders, I had to look twice. Really, really nice looking truck

Re: How about some pics of 47-59
Here's my '54. Built on a '80 C10 frame. All the running gear is from the '80. Basically all I did was swap out cabs and fenders, etc.

Re: How about some pics of 47-59
Nice 54, the stance of the newer style frame fits the body well, only thing I don't like is the top rad hose, just looks odd to me, so pretty much as close to perfect as one can get.

Re: How about some pics of 47-59
Have seen many S10 chassis used and a lot of them need special rims to get the wheels out to fit the body or just look off, yours just hits it perfect, stance is dead on. So it looks old...but is new.

Very nice! I couldn't tell from the pix, did you keep the straight axle? What steering box are you using? cool subtle color..

Re: How about some pics of 47-59
Nice truck!
What's the deal with the center bolts on the valve cover on a 235? Thought that ended with the earlier straight sux?
