Re: slik ricks 67 short wide CST

Wow, lots of crying about a little rain. Last week here in Washington we got 6 inches in 24 hours. Then 50 mph winds while the ground was still flooded. What you have is our normal weather.
Now for your neighbors, they will get used to the noise. I have a neighbor that lives 6 blocks away that can hear my truck idle in my driveway. Took him a while to see where the noise was coming from. He didn't complain just liked the sound.

Yes I have exhaust. I live in a neighborhood that was built in the 40s also. My house is a 1942. My house is around 7 feet from my neighbors on one side. The other side I can touch my garage and my neighbors house at the same time. Very close. See arrow in Pic.

I finally got out of the house some today (i've been sick the whole time i been off work so far for Christmas still not fully there yet) and was eating hardees and the wife said there goes a 67-72 truck on a trailor she could just see the top, i said i wonder if it's going to the junkyard up the road? We left and drove on and sure nuff there she was awaiting to be entered in a alabama junkyard (i bought my swb parts truck there) it was a 69-70 i think

Re: slik ricks 67 short wide CST

motor looks good rick!

If you ever have your intake off, spray it with some 'eagle one etching mag cleaner' it'll clean it up nicely!

what did you paint your manifolds with?

get out and work on the truck (sorry i was givin you crap but i forgot you guys are getting drenched over there!) lol

talked to a local body guy and he says that we need to cut from the body line down on the passenger bed side in front of the wheel so that is one more thing to the list
