Re: finally come
Hey Pimpston Where's the pictures of the new garage? Did you get all your stuff moved to your new place?

Re: finally come
Looking good you have some amazing shopping skills. Going to be a killer burb. Are you keeping the tires that are on it?

Is the stepper the one with the chrome control arms? You have a thread on that?

Re: finally come
yup that's the one. I started that one in 98' and never knew about the forum, so no thread on that one. it was a body off resto also. all original, just chrome and different paint... ps the parts are hanging on by a bolt or two just enough to transport it. I will be working on both soon.

Re: finally come
That truck is going to be killer, I bet there wasn't 200 of those made in Canada. You really need to send that check to the heritage foundation. I did mine online and paid by CC. This is making me want to build a factory 4X4, they are too cool and ultra rare. You and anyone else here should join the FB page for OEM builds I started. Here is the pic of my document from GM for my 66 ragtop.
https://www.facebook.com/groups/1655901031289253/ PS, I should be in the paint shop by February. |

Re: finally come
I changed out the axle on my Airstream to run the same wheels and hubcaps as on my truck. Egotistical, I know but then that's me! lol

Re: finally come
If it's a 5 lug 15" it will have a Dodge bolt pattern. You'll need a couple of steelies that the hubcap will snap onto. Would look great behind the Burb.
A hundred feet of black PVC pipe on the roof when parked will give you a lot of hot water at the end of the day for an outdoor shower for two,.... nudge nudge, know what I mean? lol
