Re: '68 c10 build
Thank you. I'm super excited. It should be really close to being finished by the end of next week. I need to order the wood floor, rear bumper, mirrors, and a few other little items but that's about it.

Re: '68 c10 build
Looking good. Also on the tailgate handles cutting is probably the best way. But you can also shim one or two of the bolts behind the handle. If someone doesn't have access to a welder. Keep up the good work

Re: '68 c10 build
So the reshaping of the front fenders is almost complete. They fit sooooo much better now.

The paint on the bed came out amazing. It's buffed with just compound right now too.

Re: '68 c10 build
Did you have to reclear the back of the cab? Are you planning on doing any body molding?

Re: '68 c10 build
I guess I'm not understanding why we would reclear the back of the cab? We haven't to answer the question. Also, yes, we're going to run the 68 trim on the sides.

Re: '68 c10 build
Ah, because of the plastic. No, it was on there from fixing the front fenders. Didn't take it off right away because buffing makes a mess.

Re: '68 c10 build
Nah, we just recently color sanded and buffed the back of the cab as well. Still on there from that. Makes it easier to clean up.

Re: '68 c10 build
Drove the truck a little bit this morning around the block a few times. It runs good. Pulls real hard and is very tight.

Re: '68 c10 build
Thank you. Yes, I love the bumper. I have the same one on my truck as well. I plan to do the matching rear bumper also. The truck is currently listed for 60.

Re: '68 c10 build
Thank you!
I planned on doing the one I have for my son in silver and white. It will most likely end up blue now as well. And thank you.

Re: '68 c10 build
No real exciting updates, but I did manage to finally finish wiring up the rear lights.

Re: '68 c10 build
Moving right along. Are those side markers led or just really new and shiny?
