Looking pretty sick. Definitely leave the the trim ring. I put some on mine also. Without them, it looks like something is missing.

Sorry , no updates , the Panel is stored since 4 month , while building a new home for my Family and i think it takes another 2-3 Month !

no progress but i found a GMC Hood here in Germany and i think i should change the Hood on my Panel !

Condition is great no Rust but some small dent´s that´s all!!!!

should i change the hood?? what do you guy´s think??

DON'T CHANGE IT!!! the 60-61 hoods are what make them stand out man. you gotta leave it! it looks so sick with the nostrils.

I would say no they look mean....But the gmc hood does have better looking body lines but aggressive as the 60-61. It all depends what vision you have in your head. Hang on to it and switch them around see what fits bettter with your te theme of the panel once you get closer to fininshing. Either way they both have their own pros...

It all depends on the look you want. My personal taste is the GMC hood. Sell the 61 hood and use the money to help with the rest of the truck build.

Looks like a 60 hood, I'd keep it or look for a 60/61 GMC hood.

Are those Surfboards on the roof? .. you should totally do that. SurferPanel

Terry likes the OE Hood; I like the late-model hood. It just looks cleaner, and less like giant nostrils. He just likes everything stock.
