Re: Random pictures you took of your K
That's a great looking truck, Tim.
I'm with you on the wagon wheels. My K25 sported those at first until I found those challenger wheels. I've heard the hate on wagon wheels, but I think they have their place. I had painted my K25 using pretty cheap paint in 2005 and the sun did it's thing. It's so thin I'm almost afraid to wash it. What's left would probably rub right off. Love the trucks you've had. They all have a great look to them. I'll add this photo as well of the trio of 60-66 trucks. Snow is gone so I got them out and stretched their legs a little. Hopefully this summer I'll be able to tend to the loose ends a bit.

Re: Random pictures you took of your K
Finally got a break in the weather to pull the ‘79 out of hibernation and give her a bath.
Then a run down to the landing. There’s still plenty of ice and another swath of snow forecasted this weekend.

I'm not sure if I ever showed this picture here. My helper, Dave, had an '87 K20 he bought new and mine was an '84. He started with me in '91 and I got out of the '84 by '93. So somewhere in there. Doing copper roofs, siding, fascia, soffit and copper gutter.

Another one of mine I took the other night.
Has had a few small updates since the last picture post. Love that collection of works trucks you've had, Tim!

Re: Random pictures you took of your K
Your is the best. Not a classic, quite yet, but I built my '95 K3500 to be the ultimate work truck. Also to emulate the '71 K/20 I had with utility body and aluminum slots. I went all out. Started with a base trim Cheyenne, did a GM fabric seat cover, color change, gunmetal grey powder coated racks and other parts, Custom grey tonneau, on and on. I put it in the show field at the Carlisle Truck Show about 20 years ago, with linseed oiled Babcock wood ladders on top. It seemed no one got it. They didn't get why someone would enter a work truck. I guess a few got it, but that was generally how it was received. But I wasn't surprised

Re: Random pictures you took of your K
An updated pic of my K2500. I swapped the 315/75/16’s for 35x12.5x20’s over the weekend as well as changing the gear oil, engine oil, valve cover gaskets and recharged the ac. It goes back to daily driver duty next Monday.
