looking for a few suspension parts. i have a 68 that has 87 stock spindles. i need drop spindles. i am assuming they are 2 1/2", plus 2" front springs, 1 1/2 rear block kit, and all 4 drop shocks. zip is a business 40299

Evening Justin,

Well I have a couple of questions. First off, we have a 1958 Chevy Apache we are building, with a 77 Front clip. We have Airbagit bags on it and also have 2.5" drop spindles from Airbagit. We have stock tie rod ends, stock calipers, stock "A" arms.

We are wanting to put Wheel Vintiques 13 Series Smoothie Wheels (16X8, 5'BS) on it, and have two wheels, with one with a tire mounted, but when we put the wheel on the spindle, the tie rod end drags on the wheel. We figured the extra inch would help clearance, since others say stock wheels will fit the 2.5" drops, but they don't. We have the original stock wheels too.

So we are interested in the Modular 2" drop spindles, because that sounds like the fix for our problem, and we will sell the 2.5" spindles we have.

Would appreciate your comments. Also a quote for a set of 2" drop modular Spindles, shipped to 75075.

Also sounds like the Modular CPP spindles will also move the wheels in 3/4" per side which would be helpful too.

Thinking 'Front end Rebuild Kit' and 'Basic Drop Kit'
Is it possible to change the 1" front spring to 2" for a 4" drop in front?
