Wouldn't mind checking it out! But I have done a 2wd to 4wd swap before. I have a line on a complete crew cab 4x4 rolling chassis. If he wants an acceptable amount for it I'll be going that direction.

The 4x4 frame swap is looking like a real possibility. Guy wants $1500 for the complete rolling chassis with the Dana 60, 14 bolt, and Springs. Trying to work out ways to responsibly come up with the money! In other words, without killing the Holidays...

In a other news, I started sanding and buffing last night. Got this small section of the hood done. Turning out pretty sweet!

Cool hopefully they aren't super rare/expensive down there. I go over the scale pretty regularly and front axle is usually 3500-3600 lbs on it. Believe GAWR is 4500. A big block, winch and cab full of people would get you there.

Looks great. Chris Lucas is a good resource for the seals. He has everything you could need for a CC even if not listed on the web site.
