Re: 58 TRUK intro
I wish the tour would drive thru OKC instead of around it. I would have loved to watched that come by while I was at work.

Beutiful day for cruising in the warm south.

Re: 58 TRUK intro
Dang, no comments on truk cruising@ 95?
haven't posted power tour updates lately. Truk made the power tour without incident. Heading out of texarkana on the way home the speedo started jumping, I tried to lub it from the top. That worked for a while but had to stop at shop to pull it from the bottom and grease it. Not bad for a 1600 mile cruise Posted via Mobile Device

Re: 58 TRUK intro
I thought everbody on the power tour drove that fast...glad to hear it went well. I heard it starts in Dallas next year and I should have the bugs worked out by then. Maybe I won't miss out on the next one. I bet you have a ton of pics!

Re: 58 TRUK intro
Maybe this will will get some comments...
Not only is the speedo pegged, but the odometer is at 8111. That makes for 2136 miles as of 8pm last night. I got behind this crazy canuck in a 66 Chevy. We did a 100 plus for an hour and a half in light traffic. Everyone else seemed to be going 90 anyways. Posted via Mobile Device

Re: 58 TRUK intro
Actually most of the power tour is on secondary roads.
Most cruise at 5 over out side of towns and at the limit in towns. You always have the new mustang and vette guys that pass you, But I don't like to cruise with those guys anyway Posted via Mobile Device
