Nah, no interest. ...What, are you kidding! Lets see it AND the Belair! Those two vehicles may not 60-66 trucks, but otherwise they are EXACTLY what this thread is about. |

I agree completely. My appreciation for immaculate survivors isn't restricted to just 60-66 trucks.

Heres the pictures. Notice the house style building it was in. The 57 I didnt have any interest in but there is one picture. I still have the aluminum cap that saved the bed. The roof leaked and the cap kept the water off the wood. |

Your 4x4 and that blue one, are just awesome. So are the others as well. Do you have a name for each of them. The pics show some other trucks as well, are those yours too?

Re: most original 60-66 truck in existence?
Thank you. Yes all the other trucks are ours. I have several more from 59-67 Chevy and GMCs. My main interest is 60-66. I have a 67 with 8000 miles but I think Im going to sell that one as I need the space.

Re: most original 60-66 truck in existence?
all i can say is wow...everything you have is an awesome sight, & i'd love to come across a truly original truck (or car) someday...while i appreciated them, i was never really much into original stuff and always leaned more towards customized...but this site has really made me realize how cool (and rare) it can be to own a truly original vehicle...it's amazing to think something can go that many years "untouched"...thanks again for sharing!

wow. I was so busy drooling over the blue 60 I didn't notice the black 59 at first. But then, of course, I wet my pants. I LOVE that 59, it is quite perfect.

What part of Wisconsin are you in 60-66? I grew up in Osceola and Somerset, then moved out to Idaho.

Re: most original 60-66 truck in existence?
Not sure if this counts but it might be close. My recently acquired '65. Appears close to original with the known exceptions of paint, antenna and wheels/tires. Fellas father drove it in Brevard NC. First chance I'm puttin' steelies back on it.
Oh and I'm guessing the wood is not original to the bed. And the mirrors. I guess I'm going downhill fast here............ |

67C10serch: you have a nice shorty there! Your mirrors might be stock. My c20 has that style mirror and they were original.
I also have a pontiac mi built 66 chev and it has a body color firewall. It still has the chalk too. |

This one looks great in the CL pics. Owner says ALL original including paint. 50k miles. It's anybody's guess how many are still left out there waiting to be found. Thanks for posting.

Re: most original 60-66 truck in existence?
yes, that one is correct for '64 with both the raised area & recessed "ring" painted...'65 would have just the raised portion behind the window cranks & door handle painted....& '66 is just like yours with the "ring" outside the raised area painted....hope that makes sense
