How did you get those to fit the rear? Having a panel myself, there is not a lot of room back there. I couldn't get a set of 15x8.5 with 3" BS to fit without being really close to the fender lip.

Re: 60-66 Tire/Wheel Pics

Freshly installed 17x8 Vision Legend 6 with 275/60 back and 255/60 front. I'm gonna add a .25 or .50" spacer in the rear as it is real tight to the inside.

Re: 60-66 Tire/Wheel Pics

Zero offset which was 4.5" backspace. A smaller tire would have helped, but I wanted the biggest tire possible.

Re: 60-66 Tire/Wheel Pics

I want to give an update as to not mislead anyone by my previous post.

I double checked my wheels and it turns out they shipped me the 19mm offset wheels instead of zero like I had ordered. The proper offset will put them right where they need to be with no spacers involved.

Now to straighten this mess out.....My bad for not checking earlier. I wondered why they were so tight to the inside, as I measured very carefully before ordering.

Re: 60-66 Tire/Wheel Pics

Those Firestones have such a classic look. I went through a lot of them back in the mid 60's. My dad had a friend that owned a late model wrecking yard, so I routinely bought the brand new spare tires out of wrecked Buicks and other late model GM cars. I paid $5 each for them back in those days.
