BTW....they show fitting as '67-'98.

Those appear to be the same ones from BRP, coated is $499 from BRP. PN45666 is the coated version of the 45660.

Sorry if this has been answered, I've searched and searched and have gone through a lot of threads.

If I am using the under hood fuse block that came with the 5.3 in my swap, do I run the grey wire from C3-F1 (fuel pump power) straight to my fuel pump of does it need to go to a relay first? I think it already goes through a relay on the block but I'm not 100%.

look at this schematic on this page:

It appears that the gray (18ga) wire (circuit 120) from the fuse block (location F1/ connector C3) goes thru the relay on the fuse block and go straight to the pump.

here is the connector ref that I used to ID the wire:

The TRailblazer SS exhaust manifolds are available from GM Parts direct. On the homepage, put 2005 Trailblazer and click the model option with the 5.3 engine. The left side is $51.94 and the right side is $49.21. I will order a set for my next build in a couple weeks. These are suppose to tuck inside the 67-72 frame rails.

I just changed the search parameters for 2007 Trailblazer SS with the 6.0 and the price is the same, so I ASSume its the same manifold. They dont list a part number on the website. I just added both to the shopping cart and the total with shipping is $126.22 for the pair

Back on Post #8, the link to Do's Blocks no longer works since that company is no longer in business. I was searching for the Denso 10S17F 10S20F Suction and Discharge Compressor Adapters for the truck compresser in the OE truck position. The old part numbers where AA2209 and AA2210.

Those numbers lead me to coldhose.com and these parts:

This depends on how you want to do the swap, i.e. how much do you want to spend? or what is your skill level with wiring?
You can buy a plug and play harness/pcm that all you have to do is connect like 4 wires or you can completely rework the stock harness and have the pcm reflashed.
It's not hard but it does take some time and a whole lot of patients.
Brendon at lt1swap.com can reprogram your pcm and he has some info about the harness : HERE

I just helped a guy do this very engine in a 72 GMC. You will need a different oil pan, have to remove the oil cooler from the side of the engine and if its an L99/6l80e, you will need a high hump floor to clear the trans.

The Hooker header looks good, but being cheap, I found a set of Trailblazer SS manifolds on eBay. I took off the heat guards, ground off the mounting points for them, plus all the casting flash and part numbers. They look awesome and I have 40ish dollars in them. Just talked to a guy about ceramic coating them and they'll be done, still at half the cost .

Those are basically 2010+ Camaro manifolds... If you're luck you can come up with some 2014+ Z28 stainless steel manifolds off ebay... for the cool factor...

I used them on the '67 Panel Truck. They fit like a glove and were easy to connect the rest of the exhaust to. The shop that did my exhaust just welded the o2 bungs in the pipe below the manifolds. That is a good price. The cheapest I could find on e-Bay when I bought mine was $319..... I couldn't find any GM takeoffs at that time.

I have them going into my 71 with 6.0 and they seem to be a really nice fit. I've had them in once with the engine in and out several times.
