How did you tuck the rear bumper up so tight? Use front bumper brackets?

Ha, you would have had to give your truck to the winner if someone actually guessed right that it was a sparyer holder for the side of the bed.....

Re: Project "Poison Ivy" 54 GMC

Thanks for the compliments .. Happy New Year!

Santa was good to me and left the material for the seat and door panels under my tree.. Green sparkle vinyl to match the steering wheel and 59 Caddy DeVille cloth.. The caddy cloth is B*tchin! I alos hammered out a few cool sheet metal pieces for the interior Saturday.. Armrests, Small center console/cup holder piece and a cool base for the shifter that the boot will attach to... I will finish that up tonight and post some pics..

Re: Project "Poison Ivy" 54 GMC

Pics Pics Pics... Completely dynamatted, and the interior is almost finished... I have to install the other door panel and arm rest, shift boot and sheet metal piece I made for around the shifter and a few other trick sheet metal pieces I made.. I am not happy with the color match from the armrest to the door so I may fix the few rust spots on the inside of the door and paint them.. My Kicker PXI50.2 iPod /pad/ phone controller is coming today so I can install the audio system and button up the wiring... Getting close!!!

That sparkly stuff used to sun fry and turn black when guys used it in the 60s, hope they have a UV protector in it now.
