Re: My 63 Project
Well yes, maybe.....
When I dropped my engine in, the mounting spot for the pivot ball on the block was nowhere near where the throwout arm needed it to be. I had to make this small adaptation to get mine to work: This was all on page 24 of my build if you need to take a look at it.... Good luck, hope it all lines up for you

Re: My 63 Project
So the weight of the motor has squatted the front end down pretty low. I may have to go back to full springs.

Re: My 63 Project
So very typical, when you have the time, no money, when you have the money, no time.
On top of that, it's just been so dang hot to work. But, I got some jewelry in. |

Re: My 63 Project
Not too bad to install. Much only question, the horizontal weather strip at the bottom of the window, does that go on the outside of the strip on the back of the door??

Re: My 63 Project
Transmission cross member being mocked in. Going to have to do some adjusting though as the shifter linkages might hit the cross member.

Weld it up, grind it, and then some filler. Should be good when I am done.

Small problem with one of the mounting holes on the power steering pump or this job would be done.
