update:
got my 5 tons apart,cleaning up the massive parts.
got old wheel centers cut out,got new one ones made.
working on welding in the new centers now,and welding up my carriers.
got my windshield in.
moving the truck outside next weekend to mock up ride height and start installing axles,will have more pics then.
