If I was you I would take some 1/2" pipe and reinforce where you cut out to make it way stronger and give it a good radius'ed edge. This will also be a good life saver if your tire hits it.

Well I will be filling them back in with custom inner fenders, so it will be plenty strong when I'm done
It will be a 2 part inner fender The first part will fill in the area between where the original inner fenders bolted on & where the new ones will bolt on The second part will cover the tires Last edited by Spray-Bomb; 11-22-2008 at 04:08 PM. |

Oh they will be fine, they are a 1/4" of the ground at dump, so at ride height if it clears my A-arms then it will clear the headers
Yes you do, it may not snow much here but it definitely gets cold The frame is about 2-1/2" off the ground, & I think the pinch is something like 3 or so |

I found some HERE that are a lot cheaper French, do you have drop spindles & are your bags bottoming out ??? With the dropped cups in my lower A-arms my bags dont bottom out until the arms touch the upper plate that the bag bolts to |
