Hey thanks for following! Man it felt amazing when I got it to start was a pain but made it such a victory! And that first cruise was worth every cut, broken finger and every beer drank! I'm so close to finishing it now I am beside myself!

Got the expansion module installed and setup didn't take a few minutes and I was monitoring everything you could ask for with just a touch of a button. Worth every penny. Here's a few pics as requested and sorry they suck but was hard to not get a glare.

I really like the DD gauges and especially the VHX product. Our burb has the extra features too with engine oil, transmission and differential temperatures. Yours is looking good.

Appreciate it! I agree the DD products are fantastic and the customer service has been great when I had a question or two.

Re: Harpie's 71 SWB 5.3LS build

Well took the week off to enjoy the holiday and get some work done on the truck. Got the keyless entry from VH coachworks installed and working pretty sweet little setup. Also with all the great sales going on I got some stuff dirt cheap. Ordered one of those sweet rear bumpers with the exhaust cut outs but it's on back order. Oh well no rush I guess... Guess now it's time to start installing my fatmat in the cab, I have never installed this stuff but looks simple enough.

Nice little 20 mile cruise today on some backroads. Truck ran great, all temps stayed within normal and it made it back home. So all in all pretty good day!

Dakota makes a nice setup!

Well Christmas came early yall. Wife let me have my new RetroSound radio early so I installed it right away. Man it looks good!!! Now all my knobs match and I was able to keep that modern but factory look throughout the dash.

That radio is sweet... I seen some pretty nice 2 legged burnout tracks down around your house ... i think they might belong to a white chevy running around !!!

I will not confirm nor deny those allegations... But I may need to pick up a set of rear tires sooner than later...

Little update grille is on and fit was pretty good I was happy. Bumper also installed but had to slot the frame holes bout 1/2 and inch to make it fit perfect. Trying to finish up and the fat mat so I can get speakers and amp installed along with the carpet. Got signed up for the Power Tour today so got six months to be ready!
