I love it. You put the time, effort, and money in the right areas. It's going to be a great driver.

Dude, I've said it before, but I love that seat. If you find another one, let me know. I go to Phoenix a few times a year to visit the in-laws.

Thanks for the cool comments, the seat is comfortable and sits just right, if your serious about wanting a seat like that, I come across them all the time. I'll pm you when I find one.

Re: dbombs53 short box

I'm with you. When I was building my truck the fabricator asked me how low do I want to go. I said, "All the way" If I it didn't touch the ground I would have regretted it. So all my money went to suspension, hence the condition of my body right now.

You truck is sick but definitely get the frame fully laid out!

Re: dbombs53 short box

Question for anyone who may have done this before...I bought some hubcap clips from Brothers. They are harden steel used for the original caps to mount to steel wheels. I am going to install my original 1972 chevy Luv hubcap. The problem is, the clips are too long, doesn't allow the hubcaps to to sit flush to the rim. Has anyone cut these down or re-bent these clips?

Here's a picture the the caps, you can see that they are shallow. Any suggestions would be a great help!

Re: dbombs53 short box

PM Delmo or get his number from Dino. Delmo has done this mod quite a bit when he adapts the factory dog dish caps to the large diameter billet wheels. He might be able to give you some tips or pointers to help you out.
