Re: Dash Pad- Covered With French Seam
Visors look like this? These were already redone by someone once before.
Send them to me and Ill make them look like this. Might only be visors, but I take time to make sure theyre nice. I turn off my motor and handwheel my sewing machine for each visor to make sure the stitches are nice and straight. Also wrapped some armrests. This is all black whisper vinyl. |

Re: Dash Pad- Covered With French Seam
Nice work. So what is the secret to getting the material to conform and adhere to the contours of the arm rests?

Re: Dash Pad- Covered With French Seam
Care to share what adhesive you use?
I buy proffessional grade high heat adhesive by the gallon and spray it. If you tried doing any of this with a spray can it wouldnt work. Thanks, John

Re: Dash Pad- Covered With French Seam
Connor, have you ever made bench seat covers out of the same material? Is that something you could do as well?

Re: Dash Pad- Covered With French Seam
Conner,
What can you do with these door panels? You know the handles are Black Vinyl Whisper. Ivory/Parchment vinyl might be an offsetting color I might consider. Looking for creative ideas! What would be the estimated cost to cover if we covered in Black Vinyl Whisper? Last edited by tabarcus; 01-31-2013 at 11:06 PM. |

Im willing to do whatever youd want to ship. Some things arent worth the added cost, but if you felt no one local could do it. Or you wanted me to put my own design style into it then you can ship it. Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: Dash Pad- Covered With French Seam
I dont think shipping all 3 seats would be feasible?? Would likely have to make a crate and freight ship
Was kinda hoping you already had patterns and could make what I want, and me put them on. Your work looks amazing to me. |
