sorry, its my clam shell bottom. my truck didnt have the bracket, but i saw it in my owners manual and found it on ebay and bought it. ps see the amount of pics from the last pic, all of this build so taking pics isnt an issue, hehe!!!

Just giving you a hard time Pimpston. I had to do the same thing on my gold truck. Just looks better with your nuts covered .

i have, im not sure which way im going to strip it. i wire wheeled and scraped my 65 and it was a chore, my GF wants to wire wheel and scrap so its still up in the air. the cool part of blasting my guy primers it also... manual labor v. $1200

crazy thing i found another set off a pontiac 215 on evilbay, he was sale'n the whole engine and i offered to buy just the bracket. well i sent the cash and no responds WTF. so i had to do a dispute, hope i get my $$$ back i got many parts in que to buy still...
